The cost of a 4 household RESP pkg. is $960 to the REC.
The REC training (internet syllabus & classroom on RESP installation & warranties and the Contractor Expressway Program).
The REC is required to purchase a 4 houshold RESP pkg. @ $960 each month to maintain the Residential Energy Savings Program (RESP) disignation.
