The Homestar Gold Program offers a $3,000 rebate to the average homeowner with a minimum of 20% energy savings.

Contractors who are licensed, bonded and have successfully completed installation training are qualified for the Homestar program

The typical home will average 2,000 square feet, $150 a month electric energy bill and single family residence owner occupied.

The contractor is responsible for the home energy audit and product installation.
